Couldn't be sure what it is exactly. Could be the same thing and it is just occurring at a different rpm for you. I would personally not bring it in if it only happened once and no engine light came on or anything to prove it. You basically have to wait until any abnormality is continuous and you can predict when it will happen so you can prove to the tech it happens and so they can pin point the problem, but its up to you
