Boo Nikon!!! (I'm a Canon/Leica shooter)
Unfortunately in this case, I think Nikon wins.
I don't think any of Canon's DSLR's have geo tagging. (The Rebels might, but I've never shot with a Rebel.)
I will say that the video features of the 5D mkII are WAAAAAAAY better than the D90 (not to mention it's full frame... WOO HOO!), but it's way out of your price range.
