Hi FD3SDriver,

2003 is not that old. Why wouldn't the dealer and MINI USA not stock the parts? Insuring prompt parts & service is a time-proven way to:
  • Increase sales volume from parts
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Create repeat customers,
  • Foster word-of-mouth advertising - the best type advertising that money can't buy.
The "Rule of 100" states that if a customer is unhappy with a product &/or service that customer will tell about 100 people - about the number one might expect at a wedding or a funeral. However, in today's internet world, one unhappy customer can influence many times that number of potential new customers for that product &/or service.
