I strayed from the directions a bit. I knew the glue wouldn't stick to the vinyl so I pulled it off the armrest. I glued the factory foam to the armrest as it's two pieces that was held together by the vinyl. I wasn't happy with the supplied foam pad Redline sent. It was cut too small and not cut straight at all. When I test fit the piece, you could really tell how off it was.

I glued the foam pad to the armrest, then glued the leather. Other than that, take your time and get it centered.

Hey Sparks,
I'm thinking about getting leather boots from redline, and I'm a little confused about the foam issue. So did you use the foam pad Redline sent or just the factory foam?
Thanks
