CF Clear Coat Cloudiness... help!

heard horror stories of the carbon fiber's clear coat getting cloudy and i was so relieved that it hadnt happened to me. and then the other day i walked by and noticed that there was definitely some cloudiness appearing on my hood scoop!

how do i get rid of it without wetsanding? that scares me!

is there a way? a rubbing compound or something?
