A Testimony - Or how I beat WDOT

OK I spelled Testimony wrong, but deal with it.
I've spent the last couple of weeks driving between Denver and Gillette, Wyoming. This being summer WDOT is in full force chip-sealing the roads. For those that don't know what chip-sealing means; in Wyoming it means finding the freshest, stickiest oil and spraying it on the road, then using about 2 inches of the sharpest, dustiest gravel, cover the oil and let the travelers work it in real good. They do this in about 8 mile stretches and usually on one lane at a time (increases the windshield breakage potential).
Usually after a stint on a freshly chip-sealed road you can count on two or three things:
1. Cracked windshield
2. Chipped paint
3. Oil all over your wheels
This year I foiled WDOT's attempts at oiling my wheels by using Wheel Armour (formally Wheel Shield) from http://www.detailersparadise.com/Vie...20061202164230. While I still got oil on my wheels, I was simply able to remove the splatters by just rubbing with a microfiber & water. All of it came right off! A great product IMHO.
BTW - I did get chips in my paint, but no windshield cracks this time.
