Thinking of Buying a PC(R/O)

Alright here goes.....I have been using DP's products almost exclusively (except for Octane Guy's Black Wow!) and love everything I have bought so far with Hydro, Mystic, and Clarity my Favorites. But have been fighting with the idea of taking it to the next level and buying a PC. My wife's PW MCS has these brown spec's on the boot that won't come off with claying. Would a PC help with this and what are other benefits from owning one? We have 2 MINI's and I think it would get alot of use, but just don't want to jump into something that with little knowledge could damage the finish. I am pretty OC about keeping both MINI's looking ! I posted this in the wrong thread and have moved it here. Had a couple of responses so I'll try to copy them over..

I'm not sure what those speckles are you are talking about, but the buffer with the correct polish will most certainly take care of it.

Besides that advantage of owning a R/O buffer, it will also remove all the swirls and other paint imperfections without harming your paint in any way.

Read some of the threads on the Detailing 101 forum, get OctaneGuy's DVD on using a R/O buffer, and you'll be buying and using a buffer before you know it. "

"You'll love it and wonder how you ever maintained a car without one, trust me.

If you have any questions about which one, which pads to get and which pads to use with which polishes, just ask away.

Of course, sounds like you're done a lot of reading so you probably are on top of all that. "
