Ideas for keeping wheels clean?

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone have any ideas/products that help to reduce brake dust on wheels? Is there a cleaner that anyone uses that also tries to "repel" brake dust? Sounds odd, I know.

General cleaning is not a problem, but I always find I need to pay extra attention to the wheels because of brake dust, effective a second more detailed cleaning process after the normal full-car clean. (I have tried pre-cleaning, but water run-off from the full-car clean creates little break-dust streaks).

For the second clean, I am currently using water-less spray clean and a cloth.

Any thoughts....I am suspecting the extra clean is the only way (that's what happens when you choose white wheels?!?!)
