Hello all!! After over a month of looking around at available mini's in my area, I finally made the purchase today. I picked up an 06 MC BRG/W for an amazing price and am absolutely loving it. It didn't come with many options on it so I will quickly begin making additions. I commute about 150 miles a day and will get plenty of time to enjoy.
Wow! I can't believe You have a German License Plate on that car. How did You get that? Is this a customs license or Your own doing?
Congrats, You have a Gem of a Mini there. Respect.
Hannover???? Whats that? The license plate is actually British, its GB for Great Britain, the German one will have the letter for German license is a "D". Yes it was custom made at a small stand that makes these at my local mall, it was $60 with the frame. I love my Mini!
New to the forum and have had my '09 R56 for about 4 months. I have done things with the BigSky MINIS group here and I'd like to find more MINI owners in Montana to motor with! Pics of Whim in my Gallery.
Whim
Dark Gray/Black Roof S
Black 17" wheels

I pulled the trigger on a 2010 Clubman S (to be named Zuggy). Pardon the lack of abreviations, but, my new child will arrive Black and Silver, Convenience, Premium, Cold Weather, Sport with 5 Star 17's, Auto, Leatherette, Sirius, Nav, Anthracite headliner and the checkered flag trunk protection for my pooch
Let the waiting begin
Big thanks to Chris at Hassel Mini in Freeport, NY. A real stand up guy!!!
Where on the Mini do I look to find out its production date? and I see a lot of people here waiting for their Minis...how do you go about ordering one instead of just picking one at the dealer?
I stumbled on this site when trying to find out whether I could fit the Base Support System to the roof of my 2008 Cooper S Clubman, with a Panoramic Sunroof option. I take delivery of the car tomorrow and am loking forward to getting it! I think it looks good, don't you? Any advice about the roof system would be appreciated. Bye for now
I came across the NAM website while looking for tech support for the Mellow Yellow R56 which my wife and I bought this past week. Mini coopers are starting to show up on Guam. a few came with military coming to Guam temporarily, but now more locals are buying mini's. I really enjoy the forums and the good information and friendly chat.

New owner here. Just traded in a 07 Wolfsburg Jetta on an 04 Cooper. Looking forward to running some autocross, and getting a little more fun out of my commute when I can't take the motorcycle.
Hello, stumbled onto the site because I need help for the best mods for an 2004 Mini Cooper S. I look forward to getting good ideas and help, and hopefully will be able to return the favor. Hope to track my Mini. Have a great day!

Hi Folks,
I went looking for information to help me diagnose a noise, and found this group.
From what I've seen so far I think I made a good find.
Now I have to hunt down somebody here to tell me what's making this model airplane sound in my Mini Cooper!
81,000 miles and it just now started making this odd annoying noise.
My wife and I love the car still after six years and plan to keep it going as long as possible.

Got me mini about a month ago and been perfecting the American standard transmission (I use to use my left hand to shift... think about it...). But greetings I admire this type of site and reading the potential projects for my Mini, Colby! Cheers

Hi,
I am new to the forum, I own a 2003 Mini Cooper, waited 8 months for it to arrive back in 2002. I started autoxing my Mini this year and would love to get some advice from other autoxers out there. I havent done anything to the car except adding harnesses, nothing under the hood or to the suspension...yet!
I am in San Francisco and I race out in Marina, CA. Hope to meet some cool fellow Mini owners who might also be interested in autoxing.

Hello from Mississippi,
I'm new to the site. My wife and I just bought a 2005 MCS Cabrio, 6 speed in Cool Blue and we love it. It's got a couple of issues I have to work through like the horn fuse keeps blowing...? Oh well, not letting that spoil the fun that's for sure.

Welcome! Hope you get the horn fixed (I start with the horn under the hood looking for shorts and it could be the horn itself. Have you tried disconnecting the horn? If it does not happen when disconnected replace the horn. Most auto parts store sell replacement horns (unless you are choosy about the sound).
