R56 Justa Ice Blue

Hello Everyone!

I have owned my new to me 2011 MINI Cooper in Ice Blue since October of last year. It is my first car and the car in which I learned to drive standard. When I purchased it, I said I'd wait a full year before beginning to modify it.

This summer I joined MINI Takes The States and completed the Detroit to St. Ignace and the St. Ignace to Green Bay legs. It is my goal to eke out every little bit of power (yes.....I know there's not much to find) from my R56 before the next MTTS and complete the full length of the rally.

Until then, I'll be scouring the web and the forums to see how I'd like to modify my car.

Ale

Congrats and welcome to NAM! You have many years of grins ahead of you. Please feel free to ask any and all questions, we've been doing this for over 40 years. Any thoughts on what you would like to be your first upgrades? Cold Air Intake, Sprint Booster, etc.?

In the meantime, here's a handy service & maintenance guide to help you make sure everything is spot on!
