Installed the ECS STPs today. Very easy, quick and clean process! I feel better about driving the New England roads now.
Also put on a roof rack for hauling the bikes to the trail head.

Nice

Hey, is there a ski rack to go on that roof rack? Stowe's not too far from you.

No ski racks, that's what fat bikes are for!

Still struggling with the electrical quirks. No window washers, no rear wiper operation and the clock resets itself frequently.
Oddly yesterday when I slammed close the rear hatch, the wiper cycled a couple of times then stopped again, in the middle of the window. Stalk was still in the off position. I haven't pulled the steering column apart yet. Figured I'd wait for the new/ used stalk to arrive.

I do know sometimes dying batteries can make these cars act funny, but seems to be fine. 12.6v at rest and 14.8v with the car running.

Tried to repost them , seems like NAM does not like working with Photobucket ? Can you post or attach them. Would love to see the pics.

Hmmm, most forums like photobucket pics. I'll see if I can get them in an album or something. I can see them in your post above.

Anyhow, still having rear wiper front and rear washer issues. Changed out the WW stalk and still have the same behavior. Looked all in the steering column for shorts and poor connections but everything looks good. I also cleaned and checked the battery connections and checked the wiring going to the motors again. Really hope this isn't a BCM problem.

Did you track it down yet ? Inspect the BCM board.

Amazing that you've found an R53 with such low miles! One thing thats nice too have on the minis is a strut tower bar. For a bit more performance then a 16% supercharger reduction pulley paired with a 2% ATI damper will definitely make you smile.
If you ever have any questions on your car, shoot me a message!

Unfortunately not. I did inspect the BCM, looks great without anything obvious.
I started a thread in the R53 section in hopes of more ideas but so far no luck.

Not getting power at the washer pump. The pump runs fine if I hook it up direct to a battery.

Thanks! Pulley upgrades are in the plans for sure. Exhaust and CAI too! Want to take care of a few things first as the cars 11 plus years old.

Coolant change
Gearbox oil change
Supercharger oil change
Brake fluid
And of course the nagging wiper / washer issues

All I need now is time and $$
