Ready to upgrade a 2013 JCW

Had my 2013 JCW for about a year now and tired of every (tweaked) GTI stepping to me. Time to wring some HP out of the JCW and put them in my rear view mirror.

Have heard that tuning the ECU is probably the best initial mod to realize the most noticeable HP gains. Question is; what (if any) mods - e.g. DP, intake, FMIC, BOV, etc. - are best to do before an ECU tune.

Please keep recommendations as straightforward as possible with clear rationale and explanations. Hoping that this could help others considering their first mods.

Thanks NAM Community.
