well one week ago today I became the new owner of a 07 DS/B MCS. After dreaming of owning a mini for years I decided that after graudating from college and landing a full time job was as good of a time as any to finally buy one. I ended up finding one with really low miles and everything I have ever wanted (after numerous times of building one online). I couldn't be happier, and driving to and from work this past week has been a blast; I have even got a few waves from fellow mini owners! It's been great and I look forward to driving everyday. So much so I figured tomorrow would be a great day to take off of work and get a little motoring in during this Labor Day weekend.
Yay! Congrats and welcome sokolowsmd! I'm glad your MINI dream came true, now it's time to enjoy the drive and your new perma-grin! Your MINI looks just fab.

All of the Gods are smiling at you, graduating, finding a job (thats a biggie) and finding a MINI! Congratulations all around. Best regards and enjoy the future.
thanks everyone! I went out today and bought a few new things (driving lights and the checkered rear view mirror cover to name a few) for my mini. I look forward to talking with all of you again, and maybe run into some of you out on the road. Anyone from southeastern Wisconsin?
Welcome to the forum, congrats on the MINI, graduation, and JOB!
