New to NAM But Not the MINI

Hello, everyone!

Very happy to be part of NAM. I have been a MINI Cooper driver since 2007 when I bought my PW MINI R56. It's a simple PW MINI and I love that. The interior is black. No stripes on the car. No tint. No badge. No stickers. I'm keeping it simple and classically pure. I plan to keep it until I'm an incorrigible, old man. lol I'll probably have a more "responsible" car down the road but I'll always have "Lil Willy" waiting for me in the garage.

I live in Los Angeles, California. I'm looking forward to reading more entries in NAM and hopefully adding to NAM, too. The only think I've added are two things:

1. A Palo Uber stainless and copper-tipped short stub antenna (Palo crafted it himself).
2. A set of Goodyear 195/60R15s. The originals were 165/65R15 and they were way too small but I wanted to wait until I wore them out until buying new ones. I wanted to keep the 15 size but add more width to the tires.

Welcome to NAM, sounds like you have your MINI life well planned. Hope you do grow old with your "Lil Willy". Think the tires were a good useful addition to the MINI, the stock tires are just too small.

Welcome aboard. I think PW with black interior is a timeless look. It'll never go out of style. Wishing you many miles of happy motoring ahead.

Pix please.

Thanks, Bens and Veg!

Thanks! The MINI is timeless. I have one photo of mine in my profile. It has a pink background.
