New 2010 Mini S

Wife was wanting a new car. She wanted a VW Bug and I have been dragging my feet. I would never drive the bug and was not into it at all. Then
she mentioned checking out a Mini. I was all over it. Shopped the net thinking used to start. 06 or 07 S's. They want a lot for a used Mini. Went to the dealer in Fife to drive a few and see what se liked. After research i knew I wanted a stick. She was leaning towards and auto but liked driving the stick- Thank God! Had a 09 with 2K on it in chilli for 1000 more then an 07.
She said she wanted a bright color since we have all silver or gray cars now.
It also had heated seats which she wanted and a premium package and better sound system. While working the trade she spotted a Dark Silver Met
S with Black Alloy Wheels sitting out front. Was more stripped then the 09,
No heated seat, but looked really bad! See said she wanted that one. It was
$600 more then the 09. They stepped up on my trade and a done deal.
Loved the Mini Select finance deal. Was going to do a straight purchase but it just made to much sense for the select. 48 month and a ballon payment
of they will finance at 4.9%. Great deal in my opinion.

Cars is very roomy for what it is. Steering is very tight and a joy to drive.
If weather is ugly she do my exotic cars events just fine. Turbo is lag free and very impessive acceleration. Details on the car can be found in my Sig below. We added the narrow racing stripes front and rear and Black Jack
Mirror covers for inside and out. Waiting for install on those. looking forward
to many events with other Mini owners and enjoying the car. After one night with car my wifes comment "you are goig to drive this to work and leave me
the Jetta all the time arn't you? Yes most likely" with a big smile.

Very cheap and with the high resale values of a MINI you can trade or sell anytime. I was looking at used but for a few grand more I got a 2010. Could have paid for it but 4.9% is still cheap money with the returns now coming in.
They will even refi the balance in 4 years at a locked 4.9%.

Sounds like you found what you wanted both car and financing wise. I did the Select too, made sense to me. Enjoy the MINI!!
