Owner's Lounge: wrong order info?

I know I read a thread that said something about this while researching my order. Now I can't find it. Is it common for the Owner's Lounge to have the wrong order info? It's showing me a completely different order than what I made which is worrisome (not only am I anxious to have an awesome new car but I literally have no car until it arrives! damn drunk driver).

Anyway, is that common or should I be worried?

Oh, by the way, hi. New poster, soon to be new owner of my first MINI. Ordered an MC, manual, LiB/W, wood dash, wood MSFW and DSC. Can't wait.

The first week or so, it will be completely off (the color should still be right, though). Mine took five days to show the proper configuration, it will be updated with the correct specs eventually.

That's good to know. Unfortunately they do have the wrong color. Astro Black instead of Lightning Blue. Hopefully I can get my MA on the line tomorrow. Thanks.

Funny, just after I typed that reply I checked the Owner's Lounge again and suddenly I have the right color and mostly the right options. Hopefully it'll get sorted by the end of the week.

At first, the OL may show a dealer's configuration for a car. Once that slot has been assigned to you, the information that originally appeared will be replaced by your spec.

That didn't happen in my case (my order information was there from the start), however, that's a very common experience and it always seems to right itself after a few days.

The same thing happened to me. I apparently got someone's slot and I panicked when I saw OL for the first time. OL does take some time to catch up, but know that you can always called 866-ASK-MINI and speak to a representative as well. Better to bug the faceless operators than to drive your MA crazy with constant inquiries.

Also go through and check all the items under Review your Order. There's a good chance that one or two of the non-dealer installed accessories will be missing as well. Again, call around, make sure that they are actually on your order, then chill out.

My MINI is already at the port awaiting transport to the dealer, but still Punch Leather Seats, do not show under Review My Order. If I remember correctly, White Roof and Limited Slip Differential didn't show up until it was already on the ocean.

Sounds like a great ride, good choices. Welcome to NAM, hope the wait isn't overlong.
