Just about to order a MINI

Hi,

My friends told me about this great site for the MINI.

I am just about to order a new 2007 MINI cooper in the next few days, but I still haven't decided which dealer to buy my MINI from. In the last few weeks, I have called around the country trying to find out what's the best deal I can get (MSRP+shipping+other fees; out of the door price). Some dealers are willing to ship the MINI for almost free while some charge for like $1,500. So far, I have narrowed my choice to about 3 dealers who are willing to sell at MSRP, have low or free shipping cost, and a few additional free accessories. Also, it sounds like some dealer might be willing to negotiate the price a little.

If guys know a good dealer out there, please let me know too. Thanks. Looking forward to get a MINI soon.

Where are you located?

I was at Brecht MINI in Escondido yesterday (San Diego) and they have a lot full of beautiful '07s. And it appears they are "dealing" a bit. We were there for a Cinco DeMINI event with our car club. It was a good day for Brecht. At the time I left (3PM) they'd sold 5 MINIs already ~ having a car club on your lot, with all their unique MINIs, and all the enthusiasm, certainly can't hurt when it comes to closing the sale .

If you would like, shoot me a PM and I'll provide you with name/contact information for Brecht. I'll give you the super secret encrypted code words to use too...so that maybe they'll toss in, uhhhh, floor mats!

Good luck finding the best dealer and the perfect MINI for you!
