MITM Magnetic Grille Badges

The 2006 MITM magnetic grille badges are in! They'll be available at MITM for $5 each. Eight magnetic grille badge holders (from MINI) with MITM badges will be given away at the Friday evening Ralph Schomp MINI dinner.

That looks awesome. Will they ever be available for the folks that can't make it?

More badges available after MITM

Thanks for asking. The 2006 MITM magnetic grille badges were produced by MINI5280.org (the MITM sponsoring MINI club) specifically for the MITM event. The badges will be available for sale online after the event (assuming the supply lasts), but if sold out, more will be produced locally (only takes a few days).

After MITM, information will be posted here so can order online from MINI5280 via PayPal only, same price as MITM, plus postage.

Badges will be available at MITM

No, you don't purchase ahead of time. Right next to the MITM check-in will be a table with MITM badges, MINI5280 hats, lanyards, etc. You can purchase your MITM badge there (cash or check). Unfortunately we will not have any badge holders for sale, although 8 lucky winners will go home with a holder and badge free at the Ralph Schomp MINI Dinner, Friday evening. You can purchase the holders from your favorite MINI dealer. Part No:

My (pre-production) grille badge looks right nice

next to my WWR White Roof Radio Grille Badge....only took about 60 secs each to install the holder. (FYI: takes a 7 mm socket....)

Unbelievable. You, with a socket wrench in your hand, under the bonnet? I'll bet most of the 60 seconds was used trying to find the bonnet release lever. So, if Jonthan can install a badge holder, anybody can! (sorry, couldn't resist). Don't forget to lower the bonnet.

Yes, and not too much blood at that

Had to tighten 'em by hand. Could not find the wrench to fit the socket.

Of that I don't know.

What I do know is that we have purchased a number of them for raffle at our dinner on Friday. Hopefully, MINIKO will answer your question.

Among the things that WILL be available at registration, while supplies last, are:
  • Event tshirts
  • Tote Bags
  • License Plates
  • Magnetic Grille Badges
  • MITM Event Caps
  • MITM Pins
  • MINI Keychains (self-propelled)
  • MINI5280 Racing Caps
  • MINI5280 Lanyards
  • Umbrellas
  • NAM Motoring Decals
  • and more
Please check with us at registration. If there are any grille badge holders there, they are yours.

Thanks,

Jonathan

We'll get more after MITM if we need to

It's very hard to gauge, with enough lead time for printing, how many grille badges we will need. As stated earlier, we will make another run of MITM magnetic grille badges if we run out at MITM and people want more. After MITM, if more are needed, it will only take a few days get them and drop them in the mail.
