Speaking of the Rocky Mountains, the newest quarter in the 50 state program is Colorado's! Released June 14th, some of the coins are minted here in Denver (others in Philadelphia). Enjoy "Colorful Colorado" at MITM!
That's one of the best designs yet. . . sure do miss living in Colorado sometimes. . .

On the release day you could go down to the Capital and get "special" rolls of them....none of my friends would haul their carcuses down there for me.
I did go down to California's Capitol when the new California quarters were released.. it helps that I work only a few blocks from where they were selling the rolls of new quarters! In CA, you could buy rolls of uncirculated CA quarters (at "face" value) about a month before the quarters were released to the banks.
If anyone in Colorado has a some spare uncirculated CO quarters, I can trade for a the same number of uncirculated Californias.... can trade up to 4.
