Need help in Houston

I am one of the mini people who dont have a drive way or a garage to detail my car. I have been going to the pay and spray and doing a light soap, using my lambs mit ( which breaks the pay and spray rule NO HAND WASHING) from top to bottom, light mist soap wash off, and then 30 mins of hand drying. So everyone knows reading this i am not happy with this at all but i dont have many options. First is there a better way for those of us who can not wash our cars in apt complex? Should i go to a local wash/detail place? And if yes does any one know of a good quality (no scratching or swirling ) place in South Houston? Help
