Clean Concrete?

I need to know if anyone has any idea of how to clean concrete safely off my car. I had one of those concrete trucks merge lanes with me last week and I tried to switch over but right after I did I guess a spot the size of silver dollar hit the rear passenger window, and dripped onto my paint. I tried to carefully remove it but I started to see scratches being left on the paint and just stopped there. There are still some specs of concrete on the paint which feel like rocks and I don't want to try anything else for fear of scratching the paint worse.
