If you're doing everything by hand then don't get Cut or Swirl. I got Swirl in my first order and tried to do it by hand last week. It is a ridiculous amount of work and just when you think you've got the haze gone, you don't (realized this after I Epic'd!). If you're planning on deswirling, which it looks like you're not, I would bite the bullet and get a PC. Epic is flat out amazing, and Hydro only makes it 2x better. I've never used Slick but I'm thinking about it.
