Yes. You don't let any of these polishes dry. Even while polishing, you don't want to buff so long they become dry. You want the polish to stay wet so it will continue acting as a lubricant between the pad and the paint.
Amigo is a slightly special case because it's part glaze and part polish, but still in general when using these 4 products as polishes, you don't let them dry--there is no benefit and it just makes removal much more difficult.
