Even if you don't actually go into the festival...I think you should go hang out downtown...there will be LOTS going on down there. Find a good place to watch the fireworks Saturday night. They are fantastic!! (As for eats...if you want BBQ, Sugar's is good and right off the freeway and they have a great view.
