AMVIV Detailing Clinics with OctaneGuy

Ok, since we probably got more people interested in car care over here than in the AMVIV thread, I'm starting at thread here to get some feedback on what you would like to learn.

To keep things manageable, I'm thinking of holding 1 hour sessions at $25/person. (You can lose $25 in a couple of minutes in the casino and get nothing in return )

Classes would probably have between 5 and 10 people. Size would partially be dependent on popularity.

As far as class topics, they might include one or several of the following:
  1. How to photograph the details (not just about taking pictures in focus, but properly documenting before and after)
  2. Recognizing what can be fixed by hand or machine and what cannot
  3. Daily maintenance
  4. Going beyond the PC DVD--i.e. taping the MINI, using the PC on the MINI
  5. Hands on with detailing clay and playing with various types
  6. How to wash your MINI when running water isn't available?
  7. Proper way to use the PC (hands on)
  8. Spot clinic (bring me your worst defect, and I'll see if I can fix it, lol)
  9. Reformatting (dispelling the myths--open forum)
  10. 20 minute Engine detailing
  11. Interior detailing (removing scuffs, cleaning leather)
  12. all of the above items are stuff that's spewing from my brain--I can't think anymore. Please tell me what YOU want to learn about. I'm open to just about anything.

Btw, I expect to be representing DetailersParadise at AMVIV, so I will have Prima products for sale. Of course, nothing could be worse than a MINI full of detailing products be destroyed in 100+ degree heat, so it would be nice to also get an idea of which products anyone would be interested in me bringing over.
