Chip thru bonnet stripe - advice please

My EB/W has had a few chips, but none down to bare metal before. I just make sure to wax these good and try no to be too obsessive about it. BUT this needs treated ASAP and I am torn as to what is the best method to proceed with. Since I will be touching this up, I will probably do my other chips as well.

Please.... no saying I should get a clear bra .... I'm not getting one. I just want opinions of the best way to repair paint chips. I am also not going to replace my bonnet stripe. I want to do want I can with touch up paint, if possible.

It seems there are two choices: the "Pen" vs. Langka. I'm open to either.... I want the best. Wet sanding is out in the question; I am not comfortable with the though of doing this. Also I'm afraid what that might do to the vinyl.

I thank you for your suggestions.
