I wouldn't say easy...
for the consol, take it out and put it in the dishwasher (after taking all the parts off it) I know that sounds wierd, but I just did it when I was doing some electrical stuff, and the console looks like new.
For the rockers, take out the rocker switch module (pull forward on central dash cover, undo down tube screws, take out downtubes, remove rocker module with a T-10- or T-15 torx driver...). The swich module comes apart real easy. Inside is the rockers, and a single circuit panal. Clean each switch, and you'll see what else the stuff got onto.
While it sounds like a pain, the work doesn't take long...... And it's not as hard as it sounds....
