Cloth seats in a MCS and they are starting to do something weird...

So I have an 06' MCS with the black and silver cloth seats.

the only problem that I am noticing is that they are having some sort of white stuff showing in certain parts of the seat the color is not fading but it almost looks like skin cells (yes skin cells) YUK! anyways what I am wanting to do is make that beautiful black on the cloth come back to color and make them look nice does anyone have any experience with cloth cleaners and which ones you would recomend or how you would recomend to get this stuff out.
