I'm no body shop man, but I think the dents are more easily removed by pulling them from the outside than pushing them out from the inside.
I'd check into a paintless dent repair shop before dissassembling my car. Having them give you an estimate and explaining their process will probably be very helpful even if you don't have them do it.

Taking out the headliner was a pain, for sure, but I did it myself.

No big secrets, really. Just time consuming. You need to remove all the visors, lights, etc. Just pull it beyond the rubber seals near the doors and windows. The toughest part is the pillar and rear hatch area plastic. These pieces are installed with mostly clips and some screws. Once the screws are out pull around the plastic and peer underneath to locate the clips and you will see which direction to pull. It's a couple hour job.

This is very much appreciated!! I need to repair my boot hinges... (first time I called it a boot..) so the interior removal advice is greatly appreciated!
1 question... Are there any airbags to worry about in there? I can see on my left side rear pillar what seems to be airbag material like a curtain. I certainly don't want to set that badboy off..
I'll probably have to drive the car with the interior our for a few as well.

If you are really careful it can be done AND keep the clips.
You will need to unbolt the "keeper strap"
and be handy with dental tools.
I did both sides and all clips were fine.
I removed the inner A pillars to paint them ultra flat black.
I really like not having the white / light color "in my face"

Only airbags in the headliner is in the front a-pillar towards the b-pillar.

Does anyone have a diagram of how everything is held together in there.. I can't seem to get the rear pillar covers off and I really don't want to break them..
I can get to the bolt/nut for my bad hinge but it seems as though it has bent a metal back plate that the nuts tightenes against... So it looks like most of the rear of the headliner needs to come down..
I really need some help here folks. Please?
