We at Classic MINI in Cleveland, Ohio have already established a reputation here on NAM as a dealer that truly cares about it's customers - from coast to coast! We're here to make your MINI experience exciting, super easy and more fun than a barrel of monkeys!

The Classic MINI Code of Conduct
- Thou shall commit to serving the customer with the utmost respect, integrity and honesty.
- Thou shall offer competitive pricing and offer as many free goodies as possible
(without getting fired!)
- Thou shall know everything possible about the MINI.
- Thou shall answer all answer all questions and inquiries faster than you get from 0-60 in in an MCS (OK, let's be reasonable here, but we are quick!)
- Thou shall be "always open".
- Thou shall have FUN!
