With nearly 400 images submitted we had a lot of great images to choose from. As with the 2006 calendar the 2007 calendar will be in COLOR! Similar to last year the focus is on people going places, doing and seeing things off the beaten track, and, through a photo, their motoring experience.

Save on your MINI-related Purchases
New for this year...monthly specials and offers from select NAM vendors that will quickly save you more than the cost of the calendar. From free shipping, free t-shirts, hats, products to discounts on their products you'll find savings in each month of the NAM calendar.

Shot in Clarksville, Tennessee. This photo was taken on the Nashville to St. Louis leg of MTTS. Our group had just passed a pair of GPs refueling and we needed to stop to pick up some supplies. I heard the pair coming down the hill and grabbed my camera as quickly as I could. I snapped a couple shots as they ran by and hoped for the best.

The Amazing Aurora MINI
Submitted by xtremepsionic
Shot in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It was my first time that I saw the Aurora with my own eyes, what an amazing sight watching the lights in the sky dance and flow like a thin liquid, constantly changing color and shape! I spent 2 hours out in the dark and cold shooting pictures with the MINI as my subject. Shot was taken with a 12mm lens on a Canon D60, f.4.0, 25 seconds and ISO 800.

Mini GP.. So fast, only its shadow remains...
Submitted by SRT4ACR
The photo was taken on the way to Nashville Speedway on a crisp fall morning. As we drove along I caught our shadow out of the corner of my eye. It was a very impulsive thing to grab the camera and SNAP. It wasn't until I downloaded the photo and looked at it on the computer that I realized how interesting it is. If you look at it full size you see things that aren't really there like the illusion of a front wheel.

David and I are both instructors for the Phil Wicks Driving Academy. This was the maiden voyage to the track for David's new GP. It did great right out of the box. Highlights of the day - The LSD let us put ALL the power down in the carrousel leading onto the long strait. This let us reach 134 by the end of the straight when we had to jump on the brakes going into and through the long sweeping first turn. The GP rotates nicely on turn-in with a bit of trail braking. This helped us blaze through the twisty bits of the infield at Nashville. Not even the mighty Corvette Z06 could get away from us in the twisties. You can't imagine the feeling of seeing a Z06 pull to the right to let a MINI by. This was serious fun in an awesome car.

David and I met through our cars many years ago and have been the best of friends since. How do I know we are true friends? Only a true friend would let you drive his BRAND NEW Mini GP on the race track. ;)

As the calendars will be in COLOR this year the price will increase but to offset the cost we will be including a NAM decal with each and every calendar ordered.

If you are interested in purchasing three or more copies of the calendar, want to purchase a number of calendars for your club (we offer discounts to clubs when 10 or more calendars are ordered), or are outside of the United States, please use the Contact Us form to reach us for a quote.
